Healing Arts and alternative medicine are the corner stones for promoting healing, wellness and navigating through changes naturally. We are not attempting to replace any medical theories or practices but simply exploring alternative modalities that can assist or promote a sense of well being.
There are too many practices that fall under alternative to list but let’s start by exploring some basic ancient modalities such as henna and essential oils. If you are seeking emotional wellness and physical relief it may be helpful to explore Body Talk, Kinesiology or EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). Many of these practices can be done independently or may be best practiced with the guidance of a teacher or therapist.
